ROTTLE is a free daily word game. You do not need an account to play and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail.

What we store

Your puzzle progress, statistics, streaks and cookie choice are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We never receive a copy. Clearing your browser data erases them permanently.

When you submit a guess, the guess and the puzzle number are sent to our server so the result can be scored without revealing the answer. These requests are not linked to an identity.

Advertising

With your consent we show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. If you decline advertising cookies, we request non-personalised ads only. All ad slots are configured for family-safe content: adult, vulgar and sensitive categories are excluded.

Your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using cookie settings. Essential storage needed to run the game cannot be switched off, but it is never used for tracking or advertising.

Children

ROTTLE is suitable for all ages and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
